But only hindrance is why you training make people aware on proprietary products. I have perused your document and what I can see is you are tiring to make dependency more. You are a well aware person and you know that unlicensed copies cant be used in such project. are you going to buy all this staff for entire project? Why don’t you try to make people aware on free software? When you use proprietary you don’t know what is happening, you can use the tool which provided. When you use free software you can make arrange the software according to your needs. Now you have taken fresh community to educate them on IT.
